Hourly Contract Service – You will provide us with job description. We spend the amount of time you are comfortable with doing phone screens, follow-up calls, networking calls, Internet sourcing and pre-qualifying. You get a qualified candidate ready to interview. ( this option is suitable for companies with  < 10 employees) 

                            10 hours = $750

                            21 hours = 1500

Job Posting and Resume Screening Service – $600.00 per week and a success fee on hiring. Open position is posted on a variety of job boards, such as Indeed*, Monster*, ZipRecruiter*, SimplyHired*, AlljobsUSA*,in addition to our own internal recruitment portals. After resumes have been screened for qualified candidates, those resumes are sent to the hiring manager.*(this option is suitable for small to midsize companies with 10- 30 employees where replacement in a quick, efficient and cost-effective manner is the key) 

Direct Hiring or Contract pricing – A small administrative set up fee in the beginning, followed by a percentage based success fee. ( This option is suitable for large companies )

Pre-completion OPT (OPT that is done prior to program completion), can be authorized either part-time (up to 20 hours per week) or full-time (20 hours or more per week). Whether you are granted part-time or full-time authorization depends on the request you submitted on your OPT application and is reflected on your Employment Authorization Document (EAD).  Pre-completion OPT can be paid or unpaid training related to your major field of study.
